What we collect
We collect only what you give us: your email address when you join the launch list, and the name, email, phone, company, and message you submit through a contact form. We also store basic technical context with those submissions (referring page and browser user agent) to help us detect abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send you the launch announcement, and share occasional updates about our life safety and firestopping services. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or contact details with third parties for their marketing. We do not send spam.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorized Total Fire Compliance personnel. We retain records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing team@totalfirecompliancellc.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
